Katrina & Matt- July 5th, 2008

Ahhh, my first family wedding posted on the Switzerfilm Blog. To my dear cousin Katrina, I can't say how pleased I am with how this video turned out. I would have to call my relatives some of my most harsh critics, but I think they enjoyed this one.

It was also a privilege to shoot in my home church and school. Of all the locations I've been to around St. Louis, this location in Prairietown, IL competes with the scenery.

Kara & Brian- June 28th, 2008

I knew going into this wedding that this video would have a lot of potential. To Kara and Brian, the pictures and video were a very important part of their wedding day. This video shows some unique shots, thanks to the creative eye from June Hallowell and the willingness of the bride and groom.

The wedding party knew this was going to be a rough day for me, when they saw me scraping dried wax off my shoes at the hair salon. Fortunately, it didn't keep Jeff and me from producing argueably the most inspirational highlight video of all time.

Watch out folks, this Same-Day-Edit has power!

Kaci & Ryan - June 21st, 2008

To Centralia, IL... one of Switzerfilm's few "destination" weddings. Out of all the brides we've dealt with this year, Kaci had to be the most excited about her video. She was in our office with her lovely Mom more than any Bride this year. It's such a pleasure going into a same-day edit, knowing that we are providing the entertainment for the night.

To Kaci & Ryan, you guys were an amazing couple to work with. Thanks for letting me setup anything and everything. Your personalities are incredible, and your video reflects that.

Katy & Garrett - June 28th, 2008

You two let us do anything and everything with you.  Gotta give props to the wedding party for helping with the cameras and tripod all day.  Everyone was more than willing to loan a helping hand.

Wedding was at The Shrine of St. Joseph and the Reception was at Windows Off Washington.  The coolest clips are from the City Museum (where I think I ran a marathon following the wedding party and Burns Photography (“Rockstar” photographers)

Oh – and the wedding cake…….YUM YUM!!!

Jessica & Brian - June 13th, 2008

Its amazing how awesome rain makes video look.  The storms didn’t keep us from going anywhere. This is my favorite song of the year…..the tune NEVER gets old.

Everyone enjoy the puppy dog video shots!

Sarah & Scott - May 17th, 2008

What a weekend out in the country! Railroad tracks, a hometown church, barns, carriages, and a fallen tree that almost ended the wedding before it started! This video needs NO INTRODUCTION. This "Same Day Highlight" looks like it needs to be on CMT.

The video shots were extra special, because we FINALLY got some well deserved spring weather. An extra special thanks to Beth (Forever Photos) and Jennifer (Unforgettable Memories Photography) for letting us be their sidekicks for the day. We feel like they made the video "over the top" with their posed pictures.

I'll bet you can't watch this video just once.

Chasity & Courtney - May 3, 2008

We knew from the very beginning that this would be something special. Switzerfilm has had a blast putting this video together. We can't get over how great your friends and family were. Usually when we go to weddings we have to BEG everyone to be on the video. This wedding was OPPOSITE!

The wedding was beautiful and the reception was the party of the year!

One last thing - I want the guys in the wedding party to know that we have now adopted Remy Martin as the new Switzerfilm drink of the month! GOOD STUFF!!!

Sarah & Keith - April 26th, 2008

This Breese wedding rocked so much. Gotta love Breese, Ski, Wally's, and the Dairy King....oh yeah and the truly amazing people! St. Dominacs church is where it began and eventually we made it to the Shrine in Belleville for the reception.

Here is your Same Day Highlight from Saturday night. Big thanks to Sarah, Keith, and the wedding party....you guys made the video.

Someone else get married soon so we can see you all again!
