Delivery for newly created videos range from 2-3 months from the date of the recorded event. This timeframe includes the creation, demoing, finalizing, and duplicating the video. Archived videos will be delivered between 2-4 weeks from the date that payment is posted.

Videos delivered damaged or defective may be exchanged for an identical replacement. Please contact us first about the problem before sending the defective media. Switzerfilm will mail out the replacement video after receiving the defective video. Switzerfilm will only pay the shipping charge of mailing the replacement media to you. Switzerfilm is not responsible for lost/damaged packages being mailed to us.
